Healthcare
This is me
As a dedicated nurse and advocate with years of experience in healthcare, I have seen firsthand the challenges faced by frontline workers, patients, and everyday Victorians. My time as a rehabilitation nurse was a stark reminder of the systemic gaps in our healthcare and social support networks—watching individuals repeatedly return for chronic wound or illness recovery, unable to sustain their progress due to inadequate support systems.
As a Job Representative with the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (ANMF), I fought for fair wages, better working conditions, and stronger protections for healthcare workers, because I know that a strong, supported workforce leads to better outcomes for all.
Beyond nursing, my life's path has been anything but conventional. From being a roadie for my husband's band to apprenticing as a vehicle refinisher, becoming Australia’s first female professional wrestling referee, to launching Recycle Wise—a business dedicated to sustainable waste management in healthcare—I’ve always embraced roles that challenge norms and break barriers. These diverse experiences have shaped my perspective, fuelling my passion for advocacy and systemic change.

I actively campaign for climate action, public housing and fair funding for schools. With 1 million Victorians at risk of homelessness due to economic instability, I will continue to push for urgent policy reforms, including the introduction of a Homeworthy Certificate for rental properties and expanded investment in public housing.
The campaign, Kindness and Courage 4 Change, is built on the belief that politics should serve people—not corporate interests. I will fight for better public services, a just transition to a greener future, and a society where no one is left behind. With an unapologetic voice, I’m standing with those who have been ignored for too long.
I believe that with kindness and the courage for change, we can build a Victoria where everyone has the support they need to thrive. Join me on this journey. Let's challenge the status quo and create lasting, positive change for all.
